Remember that Europe and the Vatican have long been the source for persecution of Jews. And recall that the Torah also says that ultimately the diaspora will end with Jews returning to the Land of Israel.
Most Jews tend to get too comfortable in the galut.
If antisemitism forces European Jews to leave, most will come home to Israel which will benefit and Europe will lose its Jewish talent. In its place they will get more Muslims and big trouble. Meanwhile Europe is declining economically which may be divine payback for all their persecution of the Jews.
Amidst all the trouble, events are still moving forward for Israel.
Eventually our turn in America will also come where Jews may face more hostility and may have to consider aliyah.
